Water and ices, from the typical tastes to the most refined ones: for a decade, the pastry chef Antonello, has been building up, on these chapters, his story tale, made up of daily experimentation on ancient recipes of the tradition, in a divine union between art and simplicity. Often invited, thanks to his experience, to workshops, shows cooking and training classes all over Italy, Antonello Adamo has chosen to host in his laboratory, Fair Sud tourists, to let them become ice-cream makers, leading them in the preparation of both the artisanal ice-cream and the traditional water and ice of Modica, according to a precise ritual, that goes from the choice of raw materials, to their preparation and final presentation.
