Beauty in Sicily lies in the blue of its sea, in the breathtaking landscapes, in the isolated countryside situated in the hinterland as well as in the monuments that tell about centuries if history. However, beauty also lies in the daily commitment of Sicilian generations who has been hardly fighting in order to eradicate “mafia” from this land.
Three itineraries discovering Palermo and its district so as to deepen “antimafia”, legality and responsibility topics, without renouncing leisure time. With the awareness not to give “Cosa nostra” even a cent.

DAY 3: PALERMO AROUND THE TIME – DEPARTURE

A day devoted to the discovery of historical, artistic and cultural beauties of the Sicilian state capital, in order to learn the real essence of Palermo and its citizens: a promenade towards the “Cassaro”, a street, long more than a kilometer, that manages to tell about the various changes that have taken place all over the time: from “Porta Felice” to “Porta Nuova”, zigging and zagging between the lateral alleys, glancing beyond the wall perimeter of monumental buildings and impressive Churces, you will be able to go back to the past time of the city, without leaving aside any implications about the present and questions about the future.
It is advisable to leave in the late afternoon.
